There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech students are invited to attend an informational session for the upgraded Banner 9 self-service registration system on Tuesday, March 15, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
The project team will kick off the session by providing a live demo of the upgraded system. The walkthrough of the system will highlight the system's new features, including the updated user interface, Plan Ahead tool, visual schedule, and streamlined lecture, lab, and recitation registration.
After the live demo, students will have the opportunity to ask questions about the system upgrades and learn how to use the new features. The Q&A session is not intended to answer questions on student records or individual registration issues, but to provide a forum for higher-level questions on the features discussed.
