There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Junior STEM is hosting its annual event, Step Into STEM, on Sunday March 13th from 8 am to 2 pm, where we invite students in grades K-8 to view and participate in demonstrations put on by other Georgia Tech student organizations.
We expect around 150 students and parents. We provide free pizza lunch to everyone in attendance, including volunteers. Our organization is looking for volunteers to set up demonstrations, which have in the past been anything from bottle rockets to solar powered mechanical arms.
