There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Georgia Tech Library now provides access to a professional media editing suite for students, staff and faculty.
Join us for this introduction session on getting started with Premiere Pro. The session will also introduce users to the third-floor video editing suite.
Adobe Premiere Pro is a powerful video editing software within the Adobe Creative Suite. Used by everyone from creative professionals to students, it is the industry standard for video, multimedia and production.
You’ll learn to utilize it to create, edit, develop, and export a video for your own use. In this workshop, we will explore Premiere’s vast capabilities and effects such as: color correction/adjustment, green screen, transitions, titles, audio repair, and keyframing.
This is a very limited space session -- up to 10 students -- so we will have a waiting list if space fills.
You will be notified as spaces open. Please cancel or inform the organizer if you will not be attending as soon as you know. Spaces will be confirmed the night before the session.
The media editing suite is on the third floor of Price Gilbert in the Multimedia Scholarship Commons.
