Summaries

Summary Sentence: IPaT Thursday Think Tank highlighting a new tool for wearable design technology

Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

Whenever a designer or developer begins a wearable technology there are a number of factors (human factors, materiality, sensing, input, output etc.) to be considered at the outset. The Wearable technology Designer’s Web Tool (WTDWT) was created to aid designers through this process, while also reminding and illuminating accessibility issues that might arise from their choices along the way. In this think tank we will explore the WTDWT and discuss where it might be most useful within the IPaT community and externally with sponsors.
