There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Georgia Tech Laptop Orchestra, Concert Band, and Symphonic Band present their first concert of the semester: Tribute. Concert Band and Symphonic Band performances will feature the music of Omar Thomas, Katahj Copley, David Maslanka, Percy Grainger, John Mackey, and more. The Georgia Tech Laptop Orchestra performance will feature experimental music with technology, including works by Alvin Lucier, John Teske, and the world premiere of a new piece by Georgia Tech music technology PhD student Lauren McCall.
Admission is free and open to the public.
