Dara Bright, research technician in the Center for Advanced Communications Policy, hosted within the School of Public Policy, published an article in Assistive Technology. The piece is titled “An integrative review of the potential of wireless assistive technologies and internet of things (IoT) to improve accessibility to education for students with disabilities.”
In it, Bright discusses how wireless technologies and the Internet of Things can improve access to education for students with disabilities. Bright outlines both the challenges and opportunities for this technology before closing with suggestions on how to utilize wireless technologies for students with disabilities.
