No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. With the library renewal creating new services and spaces, our needs have grown beyond our capacity to provide A/V support to external collaborators. If you have an event scheduled before the end of 2021, we will honor the recording request.
The Library will continue to provide archiving and digital curation support for your recorded lectures and seminars. Using our online submission form, you can submit your files to us for archiving in SMARTech.
Georgia Tech Professional Education offers virtual and in-person meeting support for campus partners. Please see here for more information. Additionally, IT A/V Services is available to assist you with operational and technological issues relating to your event spaces.
