Full Summary: Join EFT Practitioners Andrea Lewis and Terry Hernon, as we explore some stress management techniques.  EFT or "Tapping" is considered to work by calming the amygdala, therefore generating a cascade of neuro/bio-chemical balancing.  This often results in perceived stress reduction.
