Summary Sentence: Experimental "Tapping" Circles to be offered to GT community

Full Summary: Join Andrea Lewis, Accredited Certiifed EFT Practitioner, as we explore some stress management techniques.  "Tapping" is considered to work by calming the amygdala, therefore generating a cascade of neuro/bio-chemical balancing.  This often results in perceived stress reduction.

Theme: Come join theTapping Circle as we explore some effective, cutting edge yet ancient, brain balancing methods to better manage our daily stress. Accredited Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner Andrea Lewis from NY joins to guide us with some exercises that engages and balances the body and mind.
Where: Sessions will be held online on Zoom for the Thursday sessions.
Registration: Please pre-register in advance.
