Federal agencies have been increasingly using energy performance contracting mechanisms (UESCs/ESPCs) to fund energy & water conservation measures. However, UESCs have received less attention than ESPCs, despite similar goals and processes. In this webinar, hosted by the School of Public Policy, the speakers will compare these performance contracting models and the tradeoffs that should be considered when choosing between the two mechanisms.
