A group of Georgia businesses is coming together to work on climate change. The project, called the Drawdown Georgia Business Compact, launches this month and features 15 founding members, including Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Norfolk Southern, and Goodr, which is a local company working on hunger and food waste. The Drawdown Georgia Business Compact is led by Michael Oxman, managing director at the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business. Kim Cobb, Georgia Power Chair and professor in the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, is on Drawdown Georgia's core research team. This story was also covered in the Saporta Report.
