Celebrating Inclusive Excellence: Carlos Davila

Carlos Davila, chief engineer in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD) of Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory (SEAL), and a principal research engineer, embodies two tenets of Georgia Tech Research Institute’s (GTRI) mission to “improve the human condition” and to “educate future technology leaders” in his professional and personal work.
