There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. In this session we will discuss the unique challenges of managing and developing student employees and best practices to help us overcome these challenges. As managers of Georgia Tech student employees, we have a responsibility to help our students succeed! Participants will explore and learn to apply a framework in managing student employees and help them to develop career readiness skills. This session is recommended for those who currently manage student employees.
