Adam Stulberg, Sam Nunn Professor and chair of the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, and Jonathan Darsey, a Ph.D. student in international relations, contributed a chapter to End of an Era: The United States, Russia, and Nuclear Nonproliferation.
Their chapter is titled “Moving beyond Self-Restraint: Bilateral Commercial Nuclear Supply and US-Russian Tacit Understanding on Nuclear Security and International Safeguards.” In it, Stulberg and Darsey discuss the future of nuclear commerce and security as the United States loses its dominance in the market and Russia’s strength increases.
