Join this 1-hour virtual interactive event to experience the power of breath and group meditation. “Breath is the link between the body and mind. If the mind is a kite the breath is the thread. The longer the thread, the higher the kite can go.” – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Did you know that we can throw out 90 percent of the toxins from our bodies by breathing correctly? We can learn the art of breathing right by observing newborn babies. Have you seen their stomach gently rising and falling as they breathe in and breathe out?  Breath is our vital source of energy. The key to healthy and happy living lies in right breathing. When we attend to our breath, it can heal us from all worries and anxieties.

Meditation, simply put, is nothing but mental hygiene— a practice of clearing out the daily mental garbage to boost your mental health. There are numerous studies proving the benefits of meditation for improving the quality of life. Studies actually prove the existence of a ripple effect of peace in the surrounding environment when a group meditates together.

According to the superstring theory in physics, waves of vibration flow from everything in the universe, affecting the collective consciousness of others. Groups can enliven that field. Group meditation can be similar to a tug of war. You are all pulling on the same side, a certain synergy of energy is created, and a common goal is achieved. It is the same when you meditate together: the collective consciousness raises, and it acts like the ‘rising tide that raises all boats.’ The peace that is created actually becomes palpable, which is a special, collective experience and accomplishment.

So we would love to invite you to this amazing opportunity to learn the power of breath and experience group meditation. We will also share details about our upcoming retreat called Sky Happiness Retreat, where you are taught a breathing technique called SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga) that you can practice on your own every day and the numerous benefits of doing so on your mind and body.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions. See you soon!
