Nunn School professor Katja Weber and her co-author Jarrod Hayes are featured in the September 2021 special issue of International Affairs. September’s issue addresses deglobalization and the liberal international order. The journal is renowned for academically rigorous, practitioner-focused scholarship. The September issue, to be published soon, features an article by Weber and Hayes entitled, “Globalization, Deglobalization and Human Security: the Case of Myanmar.” The article focuses on how globalization has left a broad impact on human security due to macro-level institutional shifts.
