“Introduction to Implicit Bias” Workshops for Non-tenure track faculty and staff
This workshop is geared towards research faculty, instructional faculty, academic professionals, and other staff members serving on search, hiring, and promotion committees. The goal of these workshops is to increase awareness of the impact of implicit bias and to facilitate equitable decision-making.
