Full Summary: Come explore the Library's new Video Production Studio.

This is a two-part event open to Georgia Tech students, faculty and staff.

Come explore the Library's new Video Production Studio:

Wednesday, Oct. 13, 4-6 P.M.: Bring an SD card with available space; attendees will pair up. Explore the Black Magic Camera, shoot basic footage using the camera, and try the green screen cyclorama. Students will also learn about adjusting lighting. Students will leave with some raw, un-edited video.

Thursday, Oct. 14, 4-6 P.M.: Return to the Library with the footage you shot on your SD card. Attendees will learn to transfer their footage to one of the editing computers. Utilizing one of the Library classrooms, we will work with the footage to try basic editing techniques, like adding transitions and titles.

Priority registration for day two is given to those who are attending both sessions. We will confirm your attendance ahead of time.

Due to space limitations and time constraints with the equipment this session is capped at eight participants. Registration is required further information on the class will be sent to you via the e-mail you registered with. Add your name to the wait-list if space is unavailable.

If you are unable to attend this extended learning session, please check out other opportunities to explore the studio through our drop-in open house days. Further information about open house days are located on the Library's events calendar.
