There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The entire Georgia Tech community is preparing to give your students a buzzworthy welcome during our second annual Week of Welcome this August 15-22. This week of students-only programs and events will provide opportunities to make connections and get to know campus before classes start, but also to have some fun.
Week of Welcome kicks off with First-year move-in on August 14 and 15, with events and programming starting that Sunday evening. New transfer students will move into residence halls on Wednesday, August 18. As each group of students move in, they will find opportunities specifically for them on the week’s schedule of events.
First-year students will have meals provided starting with the kick-off event on the evening of Sunday, August 15 using their first-year meal plans. Dining halls officially open Thursday, August 19 for all students to use meal plans.
