This project at Emory is currently recruiting students to work with the GFE Team for the Fall 2021 Directed Study course that will support ~40 women coffee growers in Guatemala and El Salvador (no travel is required for the course experience as all sessions will be held via Zoom). They will engage bilingual university students from Emory, our partner universities in Central America, and hopefully some other universities in the U.S.. Together, these ~40 students will learn about the global specialty coffee industry while supporting women coffee growers as they develop their small farm businesses.
