On April 22, 2021, the Georgia Tech Army, Navy, and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs hosted the 2021 Joint Awards Ceremony at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, with select guests and presenters participating virtually. The ROTC programs housed at Georgia Tech also train students at Kennesaw State, Georgia State, Emory University, and Agnes Scott College.

Cadets from each program were recognized for scholastic and military achievements throughout the year during the ceremony. Seventy-eight in total received awards; notable honors included:

  • Callahan Scholarship ($2,000), awarded for exemplary performance

    • Midshipman Mahmoud Abusaid (Navy)
    • Cadet Daniel Wilson (Air Force)
  • Callahan Leadership Award, awarded for academic excellence and leadership skills

The Nunn School and Georgia Tech’s ROTC programs are units of the Georgia Tech Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts.
