USPTO Summer Series at Georgia Tech The Georgia Tech Library’s Patent and Trademark Resource Center, in partnership with United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), offers for the first time a six-week intellectual property summer series online. This series includes ten workshops led by USPTO experts through June and July, and all workshops are free and open to the public.

This program will focus primarily on the use of utility patents to protect an app or software while also addressing other forms of intellectual property that are pertinent and best practices when pursuing a utility patent.
