To ensure employees are aware of the changes to the template and comfortable crafting their goals for 2021, Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) invites staff members to participate in a virtual training session on Thursday, April 22
Training for Values-Based Goal SettingIn a shared commitment to Georgia Tech’s mission and our nine strategic values, Georgia Tech Human Resources has developed a values-based goal setting template that reinforces the connection of our behaviors to our Institute’s values.
To ensure employees are aware of the changes to the template and comfortable crafting their goals for 2021, Georgia Tech Human Resources (GTHR) invites staff members to participate in a virtual training session on Thursday, April 22 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Employees who still need to complete their values-based goals or are uncertain as to how to create value-based goals are encouraged to attend. As a reminder, the 2021 goal setting period ends Wednesday, May 5.
To receive login information and indicate your individual needs, please complete this values-based goal setting training inquiry form by Monday, April 19.
A GTHR representative will contact you prior to the training with additional information.
