Just in time for the finals and end of semester! Gunilla and Ulf from the Peaceful Heart Network will take us through a short training/experience to "Optimize our Nerves" with Tapping, breathing and more. Gunilla and Ulf have worked extensively in African countries and beyond, and from the Polyvagal perspective, their method appears to have a calming effect on the vegas nerve.
