There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

The SEC is meant to be a coalition of students across campus who want to engage with their community through K-12 education in a variety of ways: outreach efforts, tutors, mentors, leaders, ambassadors, coaches, camp counselors, etc. - possibly even become teachers after graduation. The vision is that SEC will be a resource of information for students, staff and faculty as well as be a group that can work at K-12 education events on and off campus that call for volunteers, especially those organized by or in collaboration with the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC).
SEC is not an official Tech organization at this point. You have the opportunity to start something from the ground up!
