Instilling Eye Drops

Commonly used steroid eye drops can lead to elevated pressure inside some patients' eyes. A new study from researchers in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University suggests a relatively new glaucoma drug works quickly to reverse — and prevent — this rise in pressure, even in patients who don't respond to other treatments.
