Summary Sentence: Experimental "Tapping" Circles to be offered to GT community

Full Summary: Join the "Tapping" circle as we explore some sensory based stress management techniques.  "Tapping" is considered to work by calming the amygdala, also leading to a cascade of emotional regulation and better balanced nerves.  This often results in perceived stress reduction.
