After attending the March 18 workshop "Human and Animal Movement: Where does stereotypy end and individual variability start?" (https://bit.ly/3khgjaj) join us for a day of fun, coding, and tutorials!
HackDLC is a virtual tutorial/hackathon aimed to bring together the community of undergraduate and graduate students, postdocs, engineers, data scientists, and faculty with diverse expertise and training from the greater Atlanta area.
About
This event will focus on learning to use Deep Lab Cut (DLC), an open-source software package for the analysis of video data of animal and human movements. DLC enables marker-less movement analysis based on transfer learning with deep neural networks. Diverse teams will be formed and each team will be given a video to analyze and to answer a relevant research and/or clinical question.
Prior Hackathon or DLC experience is not required, you will be teamed up with people that have various skill sets!
Registration
Space is limited! Please apply at https://forms.gle/9WTaHeCeidRfp6rz7, no later than Monday, March 8, 2021. Lunch will be provided to participants.
