Ocean Visions to Advise and Monitor At-Sea Carbon Removal Experiment

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. Ocean Visions, a consortium of leading academic and research institutions working with ocean partners to transform science and engineering into scalable, equitable, and sustainable ocean solutions, is partnering with Running Tide Technologies to study seaweed growth as a way to trap carbon. Georgia Tech is one of Ocean Vision's founding institutions, and its researchers include Annalisa Bracco, a professor with the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
