The GTFWC Scholarship Program is pleased to award scholarships to deserving Georgia Tech undergraduates who have a parent or guardian employed by Georgia Tech – the children of our Georgia Tech “family.” For the 2021 academic year 2021, up to six scholarships of $2000 each will be awarded. The deadline to apply is March 26, 2021, and the Foundation will transfer the scholarship funds to award recipients in August of 2021through the GT Financial Aid Office for disbursement to recipients for GT expenses: tuition, fees, books, and/or room and board.

Guidelines for Selection of Recipients:
1. The Scholarship Committee will award up to six qualified student scholarships of $2000 each for the 2021 academic year. Applicants must be a current GT undergraduate student and have completed at least one full semester at GT;

2. The applicant’s parent or guardian must be a permanent employee of Georgia Tech or an organization recognized as an affiliated organization by the GT Office of Legal Affairs;

3. The applicant must fully complete the application at https://baseline.campuslabs.com/giot/gtfwc2021scholarshipapp

4. There is no minimum GPA to apply. The applicant must submit an official GT transcript via Parchment from the Registrar’s Office emailed directly to the Scholarship Chair, Dr. Brenda "B" Woods, brenda.woods@studentlife.gatech.edu; as well as a headshot.
