We are delighted to share a first look into preeminent research on metro Atlanta’s Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), conducted by a collaborative group of experts and researchers from Georgia Tech’s Smart Cities and Inclusive InnovationCenter for Quality Growth and Regional Development, and Lexicon Strategies. Malaika Rivers, a leading expert on CIDs and Dr. Arthi Rao, will discuss the impact of CIDs on the region’s growth and how they will continue to shape the future. They will be joined by Michael Paris from the Council for Quality Growth and Gerald McDowell, Executive Director for Aerotropolis CIDs for a panel discussion.
