We are delighted to share a first look into preeminent research on metro Atlanta’s Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), conducted by a collaborative group of experts and researchers from Georgia Tech’s Smart Cities and Inclusive Innovation, Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development, and Lexicon Strategies. Malaika Rivers, a leading expert on CIDs and Dr. Arthi Rao, will discuss the impact of CIDs on the region’s growth and how they will continue to shape the future.
