No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. These are now available from ProQuest at the links below (or by clicking the change database link from most ProQuest products)), they will soon be on the library's database page.
These are great additions to the other historic newspapers that the Library licenses from ProQuest:
