Tech Chef is a nutritional cooking competition open to teams of students. Teams will create and submit recipes using this year's featured ingredient, low fat ricotta cheese; three teams will be chosen to compete and will be given 45 minutes to prepare their recipes for a panel of judges at the event.

Sponsored by Stamps Health Services, GT Dining Services and the GT Campaign for Everybody, the event's goal is to help students plan and create delicious and nutritionally-balenced meals and to better understand how nutritional concepts such as caloric intake, sodium intake and portion size fit into a healthy diet.
