There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Want to learn how to use Tableau or get help with your Tableau projects? Join us online every Wednesday of the semester from 12 to 1 p.m. We'll have experts on hand to help with your work.
Specifically, Wednesdays are for questions about the Mapping Census Data in Tableau workshop held several times a month or available virtually here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsBNCAYgja8. In this workshop we use Tableau to map census data. It includes how to acquire informative census data, import spatial files into Tableau, and apply Tableau’s ability to associate data with specific tracts. In addition, users learn more about how to make data more insightful by implementing tooltips. Users leave this workshop with the knowledge and skills to display geographical data in an informative and meaningful way.
