There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. This year's spring International Opportunities Open House will be a bit different. This year the Office of International Education: Education Abroad Team will be hosting short updates and overviews of the programs we work with. This is a great chance to meet advisors, learn about programs, and ask questions. These sessions will be recorded and posted to the Recordings page of the website.
This session will focus on the Pacific Program. The Pacific Program is a 12 week Georgia Tech faculty led study abroad program which is only offered during the spring semester. The program travels to countries throughout the Pacific Ocean. The first 6 weeks are spent in New Zealand, and the following 6 weeks are spent in Australia. This once in a lifetime experience gives students the opportunity to be immersed in other cultures, while earning 12-13 class credits.
