This month we are pleased to host guest Speaker Dr. Jesse D. Jenkins, who will discuss his new study that lays out the relative roles that a circular carbon fuels economy plays as part of the broader path to decarbonization. Dr. Jenkins is an assistant professor at Princeton University with a joint appointment in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and the Andlinger Center for Energy and Environment. He is also an affiliated faculty with the Center for Policy Research in Energy and Environment at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and an associated faculty at the Princeton Environmental Institute.

The goal of this working group is to create an ecosystem at Georgia Tech which fosters the cross-fertilization of ideas among researchers around this critical facet of decarbonization. Participants in this process would be exposed to new and interesting ideas, form new connections and partnerships to pursue funding opportunities and sustain further collaborative work which might ultimately lead to the rapid development and deployment of solutions as well as influence public discussion and policy.

All are welcome to join the CCFEWG.  Once you have registered to join, the link to the seminar will be sent to you.
