There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The holidays can be hard under normal circumstances. This year is sure to heighten our need to activate resilience. Many of us have experienced the loss of a loved one, loss of traditions, and a sense of loss of normalcy. Resilience is a set of skills that can help us grow in the midst of the challenges. In this small group interactive virtual resilience “circle” we will focus on healthy ways to savor positive memories while creating new ways to celebrate and establish new traditions.
This is one of the RESILIENCE ERG’s signature events. Space is limited to 20 participants and registration is required.
