The Transformative Narratives Storytelling Crawl will return to Georgia Tech for a third consecutive year.
Event co-producers Pearl Alexander, executive director of Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s Staff Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement, and Cheryl Cofield, director of Inclusion and Engagement, will host the six-series event October 26-29, 2020. This will be the first time the crawl has been presented in a virtual format.
Renowned, nationally touring storytellers Milbre Burch, Sonny Kelly, and Lani Peterson will offer virtual, one-person performances and story-related workshops. In addition, a host of international, national, local, and Georgia Tech storytellers will take to the virtual stage to help audiences enhance self-awareness, increase cultural competence, and connect through the sharing of diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives.
All events are virtual, free, and open to faculty, staff, students, and invited guests outside of the Institute.
