There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Whether it’s an anticipated change, an everyday routine, or a circumstance out of our control, we are often making decisions as leaders that affect ourselves and the organizations we are a part of. During this session, we will use concepts from Simon Sinek’s Start with Why to explore how our “why” or guiding values affect decision making, identify techniques to develop or identify organizational values, and discuss how a focus on the “why” can create stability and a platform for continued growth throughout the year!
