Join us for a Smarter Together webinar on new data visualization tools that combine industrial economic data with 24 environmental impact indicators to help communities plan local transitions to new technologies that focus on clean energy and biotech. During the summer of 2020, the US EPA and Georgia Centers of Innovation worked with three Georgia Tech interns to add maps, location filters and supply-chain flow diagrams to the EPA's new Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) model of goods and services. Designed for data sharing and integration, the environmentally-enable input-output model (USEEIO) is in use by experts in industry, 24+ universities, the nonprofit sector, and a growing number of state and federal agencies.
