Full Summary: Join the GOLD Route to explore what a body-positive image is for Black women.

Black women are often taught from early ages that their bodies are not the norm and should be altered to fit into what is deemed as accepting by societal norms. If you are a Black women and have struggled to understand, appreciate, and have a positive relationship with your body, this session is for you. During this session we will unpack what beauty is and learn how to have a positive and healthy relationship with our bodies. We will explore what a positive body image is, how to appreciate and love the heritage of Black bodies.
