There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. In the last few months, the topics of race and diversity have come up more often than before given current events. As senior leaders attempt to address what communities are facing, questions have come up on what corporate's role should be, and what changes companies should make internally to ensure that marginalized groups feel a sense of belonging in their work environments. On Thursday, October 8th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., join a diverse group of industry leaders as they discuss race and diversity in corporate environments, how they have navigated this within their organizations, and what tips they would like to give to leaders to better prepare them for managing inclusive environments within corporate America.
