There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Even though this year looks much different than any other fall up until this point, the Office of International Education’s Education Abroad Team is excited to help students plan their international experiences.
We are hosting a Parent’s Webinar on September 29 at noon EST, where we’ll discuss how your student can get started with studying and interning abroad, what types of programs are available, we’ll address finances, and also provide updates to programming in light of Covid-19. We’re excited to engage with you and hope that your student will take part in these high impact programs.
OIE is hosting the 25th Annual Education Abroad Fair the week of October 5-9, 2020. This week-long virtual Fair will showcase the wide variety of international opportunities open to undergraduate students like exchanges abroad, faculty-led study abroad programs, global research and internship programs, and more. This is the best chance for students to meet program directors, student alumni from these programs, and also get information on how financial aid and scholarships will work when they study abroad. We hope to see your students there!
We are hosting other virtual events this fall and information about those events can be found here: http://oie.gatech.edu/news-events. We hope that you and your families are staying safe and well during this unusual season.
