Cellular device location data have now been the basis of many studies and news articles analyzing the relationship between the COVID-19 mitigation measures taken by state and local governments and outcomes such as virus transmission, economic impact, and social outcomes. Dr. Lindsey Bullinger, Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy, will moderate a conversation about these types of data, covering topics such as data features, access, examples of research using these data, and opportunities for researchers.
