Dr. Jonathan Schneer has won the prestigious and highly competitive 2010 National Jewish Book Award in the category of Writing Based on Archival Material for his book: The Balfour Declaration: The Origins of the Arab-Israeli Conflict.   The awards are given in sixteen different categories and are designed to recognize outstanding books on Jewish topics each year.
