There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The first step for every new RoboJackets member is attending our General Interest meeting! This virtual meeting consists of a presentation by our president and all the teams. We hold this meeting so that you can learn more about RoboJackets as an organization and get a feel for the projects each team is working on. The presentation will be followed by an optional small group Q&A with the teams featuring demonstrations and/or videos showing off our robots.
This year, General Interest will be held on Sept. 1 and 2 at 6 p.m. EDT. The presentation will be the same on both days, so you only need to attend one!
After attending General Interest, you can choose teams that you are interested in and we will add you to our team mailing lists. Then, you can start coming to meetings and training sessions! There is no commitment whatsoever; you can try out a few meetings to see if you like it, or just go to the General Interest meeting if you’re a bit curious. RSVP using the form above and we’ll send the meeting link to your email on the day of General Interest. We hope to see you there!
