There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. The low-hanging fruit has all been picked,” said Margaret Kosal, Assistant Professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, about the limitations of genetic science that have prevented the success of the Pentagon’s program to develop treatments for troops and civilians infected in a germ warfare attack.
