Georgia Tech’s annual Traditions Night, or T-Night, is usually celebrated at the end of the first week of classes. This year’s event won’t be taking place until Spring 2021.

T-Night consists of a festival, games, food, and presentations on Georgia Tech traditions. The event typically draws about 6,000 students and faculty members, though 8,000 were projected to attend this fall.

"After careful consideration of public health advisories and the current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Georgia, the Ramblin’ Reck Club has decided it is in the best interest of our Yellow Jacket family to postpone Traditions Night to the spring semester,” said Jack Crawford, the Reck Club’s T-Night committee chair. “The best part of T-Night is learning about and celebrating Georgia Tech’s traditions with thousands of other students, and we want to preserve that experience by delaying it until we can all be together again.”
