There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. At Georgia Tech, student employees play an important role in supporting research endeavors, academic pursuits, and many roles in-between. In order to ensure that they are hired and paid through OneUSG Connect, it is important to understand the appropriate process for entering student transactions.
To supplement the web-based training, we will also hold office hours to answer any questions you have about student transactions. These sessions will be hosted by a cross-functional group of experts from GTHR, Office of Graduate Studies, and ERP. Questions should be centered around policy, transactions (on a general level), and/or proactive business cases.
