Join us for our next virtual conversation with a Georgia Tech alum working in a creative field.
Archel Bernard, who graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Culture, will join us on Monday, July 20 at 11 a.m. She is the owner of The Bombchel Factory and Mango Rags boutique in Monrovia, Liberia. She moved to the West African country after graduating from Georgia Tech in Atlanta. She now specializes in dreaming up contemporary African clothing, training disadvantaged women to sew her designs, and helping the women to become self-sufficient.
TECHnically Creative is a new program developed to broaden our understanding of how creativity is in an integral part of the Georgia Tech experience. In this series, Georgia Tech Arts hosts virtual conversations with Georgia Tech alumni working in the arts. If you didn't see them live, you can still catch the first two conversation of the series with Russ Todd, EE 1990, and Megan Fechter, BSBA 2017, on our Facebook Live page.
